Meet the Team Shaping Fort Collins’ Premier Senior Living Destination

The Gallery at Fort Collins is a senior living community coming to Fort Collins in the Fall of 2025. The arts-centric senior living community brings 144 apartments for future residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

Experience Senior Living (ESL), a Denver-based senior living operator, announced the addition of its leadership team at The Gallery at Fort Collins. Deedra Moats will serve as the Executive Director, while Bryan Sanchez has been named Director of Sales. 

Phill Barklow, ESL President looks forward to the contributions Deedra and Bryan will bring to this vibrant new senior living community in the heart of Fort Collins.  “Deedra and Bryan bring an energy that perfectly aligns with our Gallery Brand,” says Mr. Barklow. “With extensive experience in senior living, their respective roles will set the tone for a community that harmonizes art and music with the rich culture of Fort Collins.”

Deedra Moats, as Executive Director, brings over 25 years of experience in the health and human services industry. A graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in psychology, she is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors, particularly those living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. As a proud supporter of Dementia Together, Deedra looks forward to fostering partnerships that enrich the lives of residents and their families.

Bryan Sanchez joins The Gallery at Fort Collins as the Director of Sales, bringing over seven years of experience in the senior living industry. A Colorado native, he graduated with a degree in Business and Marketing from Colorado State University-Pueblo and holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Denver. His background includes marketing and business development for high-end senior living communities in northern Colorado and the Denver metro area. Having navigated the senior living journey with his own family, Bryan understands the importance of personalized support and communication.
