  • Manage and lead the Memory Care team, overseeing hiring, training, onboarding, and scheduling to ensure effective operations. Develop, organize, and implement daily enrichment programs to enhance the well-being of residents in the Memory Care neighborhood.

  • Collaborate with team members and residents to plan and develop menus that reflect resident preferences. Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of Life Enrichment and special events to ensure a meaningful and engaging experience for residents.

Health and Wellness

  • Participate in the pre-admission screening of prospective residents, ensuring all required documentation is completed before or at the time of admission. Monitor the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards and external regulatory guidelines.

Facilities Department

  • Continuously evaluate Maintenance and Housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure optimal community performance. Provide oversight and ensure effective use of the TELS program across the community, including proper training and consistent implementation.
